SLOE BURGUNDY
20ml LEJAY® Cassis
50ml Gin
10 Coriander leaves
25ml Lime juice
50ml White grape juice
Ginger Ale
2 Spoon of Mezcal / Peated whisky
DIRECTIONS
Shake all the ingredients and pour into a highball glass. Top up with ginger beer and add 2 spoons of Mezcal/Peated whisky. Garnish with coriander.
