Lejay original cassis
1 part LEJAY® Cassis
2 parts Vodka Grey Goose La Poire
One spoon of chocolate powder
3 dashes of liquid cream
Into a old-fashioned glass pour 50ml of Vodka Grey Goose La Poire, the spoon of chocolate pwder, the LEJAY® Cassis, Stir and add some ice. Pour a dash of cream and decorate with a slice of pear and shaved chocolate.
