30ml LEJAY® Noir de Bourgogne
A bottle of red wine (eg Pinot Noir)
Star anise
Orange peel


Low heat a bottle of red wine (eg Pinot Noir) for 7 to 10 minutes with :  star anise, cinnamon, clove, ginger and orange peel. Add 30ml of LEJAY Noir de Bourgogne directly to a mulled wine glass and top with the hot wine. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
