20ml LEJAY® Cassis

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

12ml Honey syrup

25ml Champagne or Sparkling wine

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to shaker except Champagne and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.
