2 parts Gin

1 part LEJAY® Cassis

1/2 parts Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 parts Ginger Beer

Dry Champagne or Sparkling Wine

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to shaker filled with a small amount of ice, except Champagne, and whip. Strain into highball glass and add ice. Top with Champagne. Garnish candied ginger and edible pansy.
