1 part LEJAY® Cassis
A bottle of Red wine (eg Pinot Noir)
Star anise
Cinnamon
Clove
Ginger
Orange peel

 

DIRECTIONS

Low heat a bottle of red wine (eg Pinot Noir) for 7 to 10 minutes with :  star anise, cinnamon, clove, ginger and orange peel. Add 30ml of LEJAY Cassis directly to a mulled wine glass and top with the hot wine. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
