SLOE BURGUNDY
1 part LEJAY® Cassis
2 parts Gin
10 Coriander leaves
1 part Lime juice
2 parts White grape juice
Top Ginger Ale
2 spoon of Mezcal/ Peated whisky
DIRECTIONS
Shake all the ingredients and pour into a highball glass, Top up with ginger beer and add 2 spoons of Mezcal/Peated whisky. Garnish with coriander.
